(hereinafter also “StarserviceRent”), accessible electronically from the address: www.starservicerent.it (hereinafter “Website”), corresponding to the initial page of the official website of the Company. The information is provided only for the aforementioned website of the Company and not for other websites that may be consulted by the User through IT links (links).

The User is requested to carefully read this Privacy Policy which applies to every access to the Site. This Privacy Policy is governed by European Regulation no. 2016/679 GDPR which is in force since 25 May 2018. The Regulation guarantees that the processing of personal data takes place in compliance with the fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the interested party, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

2. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data

During their normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information are not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, however due to its very nature they could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the Users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the User’s IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. Protecting the safety and privacy of minors is very important to us. d. in case of consent, StarserviceRent on the basis of the collected data, will proceed to analysis and profiling, through the insertion of your data in our CRM system, in order to perform an analysis on your habits for sending (by mail , e-mail, telephone via operator, fax, sms, mms, social media, social chat) of promotional communications expressly dedicated to you to the aforementioned habits and preferences.

The profiling activity consists in the creation of your profile using the preferences data shown on the occasion of information requests on products or requests for StarserviceRent Services in order to send personalized communications.

The profiling activity does not produce legal effects on you nor will it affect your person, except for the formulation and reporting of personalized promotional offers.

StarserviceRent informs you that it can at any time oppose the marketing purpose, including profiling, by sending an e-mail to privacy@starservicerent.it and, unsubscribe from the newsletter service by clicking on the unsubscribe link that you will find at the bottom of the e – promotional emails that you will receive if you register for the aforementioned service.

4.NATURE OF THE CONFERENCE
The provision of personal data is optional and their use is conditional on the release by you of an explicit consent. Any refusal to consent has no other effect than that of not being able to duly inform you about the initiative of StarserviceRent that interests you and not being able to proceed with the analysis of your purchasing habits and recommendations.

5. METHOD OF TREATMENT
Personal data will be processed by StarserviceRent and its representatives with IT systems (and manuals) according to the principles of correctness, loyalty and transparency provided by the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and protecting the privacy of the interested party and his rights through the adoption of suitable technical and organizational measures to guarantee an adequate level of security to the risk. 6. DATA RETENTION
With reference to paragraph 3. (Purpose of the processing), personal data will be processed for the entire duration of the relationship and necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes. In consideration of the fact that the personal data that StarserviceRent intends to keep, pertain to ‘high-end’ products, the personal data you have given will be kept for a maximum period of 7 years, considering this time frame congruous and proportionate both to the purposes which are intended both for the type of personal data being processed. At the end of this term, the data will be deleted or anonymized and in any case you can always give new consent to the processing of your data by StarserviceRent for the same purposes.

8. SCOPE OF THE TREATMENT. COMMUNICATION OF DATA. DISCLOSURE AND TRANSFER OF DATA
The processing of your personal data is carried out by internal staff of the StarserviceRent. In addition, personal data may be made accessible, communicated and transferred to public bodies, judicial authorities, law enforcement agencies in order to respond to requests for verification or where expressly required by law. The personal data concerning you will, in no case, be disclosed outside the European Union.

9.REDIRECT TO EXTERNAL SITES
The StarserviceRent website can use social plug-ins. Social plug-ins are special tools that allow you to incorporate the features of the Social Network directly into the website (e.g. the “like” function of Facebook). 10.RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The subjects to whom the personal data refer may exercise, in relation to the processing of the data described therein, the rights provided for by the European Regulation (art. 15-21), including:

• receive confirmation of the existence of your personal data and access their content (access rights);

• update, modify and / or correct your personal data (right of rectification);

• request the cancellation or limitation of the processing of data processed in violation of the law including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or otherwise processed (right to be forgotten and right to limitation) ;
